centos 下安装rvm
这个rvm和rvm-1.17-2.el6.x86_64.rpm 包不是一样的。

* To start using RVM you need to run `source /etc/profile.d/rvm.sh`
in all your open shell windows, in rare cases you need to reopen all shell windows.
